About Pexapark
Pexapark is the price intelligence platform for clean energy. Covering solar, wind, and battery storage across more than 20 countries, Pexapark helps clean energy buyers, sellers, and investors navigate increasingly complex power markets with confidence. To do this, the company combines market-based insights and pricing solutions with expert-led transaction facilitation.
Unlike fundamental assumptions or infrequent RFPs, Pexapark is powered by real market data sourced on an ongoing basis from more than a hundred counterparties. This enables Pexapark to provide a market consensus view on otherwise non-transparent contracts. As a result, both new entrants and experienced players trust Pexapark to connect the dots across every stage of clean energy commercialization – from pre-transaction analysis, to price negotiation, to post-transaction performance and exposure management.
Founded in 2017 by power traders, Pexapark has facilitated over 40,000 megawatts of transactions and currently serves more than 250 customers across Europe and the US.
The Role
We are looking for a new team member who understands how renewable energy markets work and can translate that knowledge into products our clients rely on.
You will be building for the world’s largest energy companies: professional traders, asset owners, and originators who set a high bar. Your domain knowledge will be put to work and expanded as you get to know our clients’ needs. Your job is to iteratively improve how our European and US clients experience and interact with our data and services.
What You Will Do
Product Ownership
Own the end-to-end experience of how our clients interact with our price intelligence and transaction tools, from discovery through go-to-market and iteration
Translate energy market dynamics and customer workflows into clear, buildable product decisions
Define and track KPIs for your areas of ownership; use data to drive decisions, not just validate them
Discovery & Customer Insight
Run structured discovery with customers to surface genuine pain points and unmet needs
Build direct relationships with clients across Europe and the US
Stay close to the market: understand how power markets, offtake structures, and the energy transition are evolving, and have opinions about where the product should go next
Delivery & Execution
Partner closely with engineering to ship in tight increments, learning from each release
Make trade-off calls between speed and rigor, between what is asked for and what is actually needed, and communicate them clearly
Use AI tools actively to prototype, accelerate research, and shorten feedback loops
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work alongside Sales, Customer Success, Quant, and Data teams to ensure clients are successfully adopting our products and embedding them into their day-to-day workflows
Contribute to roadmap decisions backed by data and direct customer relationships
What You Will Bring
Must-Have
An understanding of renewable energy markets from working in or close to them: PPA pricing, BESS economics, merchant revenue, or similar
Confidence in using AI tools to prototype, synthesize, and accelerate your work. We build this way and expect you to as well
Proven product experience: you have taken something from a problem to a shipped solution and can speak to what you learned
Skills & Mindset
Curious and adaptable: you are comfortable moving forward without perfect information
Self-directed: you identify what needs doing and do it without waiting to be asked
Strong communicator: you can talk to modellers, engineers, and commercial stakeholders and be understood by all of them
Comfortable with data: you know your way around product analytics, can write basic SQL, and know when numbers are telling you something and when they are not
Nice to Have
PM experience in B2B SaaS, data, analytics, or fintech
Experience shipping AI or ML features and explaining model outputs to end users
A good sense of humor
What This Role Is Not
This is not a role for someone who works in isolation. Understanding what clients are trying to achieve matters as much as what they ask for. Getting to a repeatable solution means pulling together Customer Success, Editorial, Engineering, Marketing, and the Commercial team. If you need a clear brief before you move, or consider the job done once a feature ships, this is not the right fit.
We Offer
