The Role
This is a critical role responsible for enabling the effectiveness and scalability of our commercial teams. The role serves as a key interface between Sales, the Advisory function, and management, ensuring that processes, systems, and data are aligned to support efficient execution and informed decision-making.
The successful candidate will bring a strong operational mindset combined with a collaborative, cross-functional approach. You will help translate commercial strategy into practical, well-governed workflows that support growth and deliver measurable value across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and enhance our Salesforce CRM instance to support the evolving needs of commercial teams, including process optimization, automation, and data governance
Act as the primary owner for Account, Opportunity, Quote, and Product administration, with a strong working knowledge of related Salesforce objects
Deliver analytics and insights to Sales, Finance, and Marketing to measure key business drivers, including individual pipeline contribution, closed-won and closed-lost analysis, and progress against sales targets
Provide training and ongoing support for internal platforms, including Salesforce, RingCentral, Docusign, Calendly, and Sales Navigator
Lead recurring meetings with key stakeholders to present insights on performance, pipeline health, and recommended next steps
Manage incoming tickets and ad hoc requests related to platform support, troubleshooting, and ongoing development
What You’ll Bring:
Proven experience with Salesforce CRM, including end-to-end Sales Cloud administration covering licenses, permission sets, reporting, Flows, and automation best practices
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into clear, actionable guidance and best practices
An independent problem-solving approach, with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, take initiative, and escalate appropriately
A collaborative mindset, with experience building trusted relationships across business functions and acting as a credible advisor
A good sense of humor
