The Role
The People team at Pexapark plays a key role in fostering a people-centric organisation: a culture of care, clarity, and learning. We take the lead on all people-related topics, such as culture, hiring, compensation, benefits, and people operations.
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a key role in the future success of Pexapark by ensuring we hire the very best talent. You will oversee full-cycle recruitment efforts for a variety of roles across Europe, the US, and Asia, focusing on sourcing high-quality candidates, enhancing the candidate experience, and partnering effectively with internal stakeholders.
How you’ll help:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple teams, seniority levels, departments, and locations.
- Act as a talent advisor and sparring partner to stakeholders, understanding their pain points, helping to define job requirements, providing market insights and competitive intelligence, and developing targeted recruitment strategies.
- Champion the delivery of a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics such as TTF, TTH, cost per hire, source of hire, and offer acceptance rates.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging tools, and recruitment best practices.
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including experience working at a high-growth startup or scale-up company.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and build trust with diverse audiences.
- Data savviness – You can leverage data and analytics to measure success, drive performance, and influence stakeholders.
- Passion for what you do, with a drive to grow, learn, and continuously improve.
- Experience as both an internal recruiter and external agency recruiter, offering a well-rounded perspective on talent acquisition (desirable).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A good sense of humour.
