The Role
As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our demand generation efforts. This position requires a growth mindset with strong analytical skills and a proven track record in marketing operations, ideally within the tech industry.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the wider Commercial Operations and Marketing teams, to drive and strengthen our Sales and Marketing funnel efficiency.
How will you help:
- Data hygiene. Oversee data quality within marketing systems (Pardot) to ensure accurate reporting, segmentation and audience targeting.
- Prospect qualification. Develop, monitor and continuously optimise lead scoring and grading to ensure the SDR team can prioritise the most relevant Marketing qualified leads (MQLs). Own the process journey to Sales Qualified Leads.
- Campaign performances. Analyse the marketing campaign performances and funnel conversion rates, identify growth opportunities and provide practical improvement suggestions.
- Reporting. Build and maintain reports & dashboards to track the performances of the marketing activities and their return on investments (ROI).
- Technology. Administer the marketing tech stack, including implementation, feature enhancement, and usability.
What you’ll bring:
- 4+ years of demonstrated experience in marketing operations, marketing automation.
- Proficiency in Marketing Operations tools with a specific emphasis on familiarity with Marketing Cloud and Marketo and/or Pardot. Knowledge of other relevant tools marketing automation tools is advantageous.
- Certification in Pardot / Marketing Cloud is essential
- Skills in project management, encompassing the ability to lead initiatives and secure agreement from stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to enable data-driven decision-making, optimise campaign performance, and enhance overall marketing efficiency.
- Experience building processes to deliver cross-functional value will be an advantage.
- A critical thinking and a solution-oriented mindset is vital. Being receptive to new ideas and a willingness to iterate quickly are important qualities.
- A good sense of humour.
