The Role
The Founder Associate is a pivotal role, acting as a partner to the CEO and providing leverage to ensure smooth executive office operations. The role encompasses strategic planning, project management, corporate development, and support, contributing significantly to the company’s success. This high-potential role can lead to future senior management positions.
How will you help:

Strategic Process
- Assist the CEO in strategic planning, helping to develop a consistent company strategy
- Conduct research and analysis to support business development, including market and competitor reviews
- Prepare and review presentations, reports, and other documents for meetings
- Identify areas of improvement across the organisation, make actionable recommendations, and help simplify business complexity

Project Management
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery
- Monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions
- Lead important strategic projects from start to finish

Meetings and Workshops
- Organise meetings and workshops, prepare agendas and track and follow through on action points. Ensure information and presentations are of high quality, consistent, and actionable
- Record meeting minutes for important meetings, such as Board meetings, and ensure information is stored consistently and is accessible
- Manage the annual operational cadence for the company, management, and board
- Organise strategic calendar and operational review meetings. Ensure regular check-ins and reviews of goals and drive discussions and solutions in case of deviations

Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, partners, vendors, and customers
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and stakeholders

Communications
- Draft and edit communications, including speeches, memos, and newsletters, ensuring consistent messaging across platforms
- Manage the company Wiki and ensure consistent communication with all Pexapark stakeholders
What you’ll bring:
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. An MBA is a plus
- 3–5 years in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong project management and problem-solving abilities. Ability to simplify complexity
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Proactive, self-motivated, and resourceful
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
- A good sense of humour
